Tributes to Mrs Temitope Abass

    I REMAIN YOURS OLAMI
My mom was a very caring mother and a very loving friend. She was my best friend and she taught me majority of the things I know today not only was she caring and loving she also inspired me a lot, the zeal she had towards everything she did made me look up to her in everything I did and the grief it brings me just writing this is unexplainable. The impact she had on the lives of everyone that she met was always positive and I'm glad that I was blessed with her as my mother. I saw all the excruciating pains you were going through and I saw you fighting till you could no longer fight again and decided to give up. I miss the sound of your beautiful voice when you would wake us up and tell us to get ready for school and how whenever we came back you would remind us to remove our uniforms and do our assignment. I miss you and I love you so much till we meet again.

    FAITH ABASS
My Mother My Friend, My mother was a good person to us and everyone she'd meet, she was loving and always ready to listen to me when I needed a listening ear,she was a good soul who found joy in giving whatever she had (to give), I remember every school morning she would wake us up and rush us to get ready for school, I'm going to really miss all she did for me but there is no bringing her back, so all we have left of her are her memories.

    FAVOUR ABASS
My Mother, My friend !!! My mother was the only one staying with us at home because my daddy works in another state so we don't get to see him that much. Every school day morning my mom hurries us up saying that Mr James is coming soon ohhhhhhh get ready i will tell him to go without you people. She was so kind and she always says that there will come a time that we all will go our separate ways, that we should enjoy the time we all have together. Anytime I was looking for advice I would go straight to her, anytime something goes wrong I would go straight to you. Mom I will love you forever. I miss you so much.

TRIBUTE TO A WOMAN OF UNCOMMON HEART. So MRS TEMITOPE ABASS is no more....Nothing can ever replace the amazing person knew her to be. It is indeed sad to part ways with someone so nice like her. She will be missed by everyone. Your death is a big loss for all those who did not get to experience your presence. As for the others, they will uncompromisingly miss you. This is our consolation, a person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on. Surely Mommy Faith will not be forgotten. MRS TEMITAPE ADENIKE SHONIBARE-ABASS.

    REV. D. O & T. O ABASS, ENIABIRE ABASS FOUNDATION (ENAF).
We were stunned to hear of your sudden death. We had to write and say what a great personality you were to the Eniabire Abass family. Such a pleasure to have you as a wife, sister and friend. Your comforting words are worth much more than dimes. A companion to whom you can express your feelings. When she is by your side, the world is filled with life. She flies with you in life with the beauty of a dove.... At your death, a peace has fallen upon your head, a taste of sorrow we have been fed. It really is like a hole in our lives, one swiftly dug but carved out by knives. But we have hope that those sleeping will rise. The Bible says that God will wipe away their tears. No suffering, sickness, yes not even pain. Those who did good, eternal life they will gain. So...sleep on, our dear sister; sleep tight, for now with you the sky is night. But after night will come daybreak. Therefore, we will wait hoping to see you awake. SLEEP ON, LIVE ON, OUR DEAR SISTER.

    REV D. O ABASS - FOR ENAF

I have been working with Abass on a project in Borno State of which he is the Team Leader for the past three years. Although I never had a chance to meet his family in person, I know - from the time spent with him and the numerous photos and profite pictures on whatsapp and other social media which represent him with his wife and family- that Abass is a family oriented man. I am therefore greatly saddened to have heard the sad news of the passing away of Mrs Temitope Adenike Shonibare-Abass which I believed was a pillar in our colleague's life. We wish all the family strength and faith in this difficult time, Sanche de Montesquiou" As I said, I am with you whole heartedly.
Best regards,

Although the transition of Mrs Temitope Abass is sad and sudden to families and friends, we take solace in the knowledge of the good and happy times she shared while she was here with us. Given that we are not meant to be here forever, and with strong faith in the eternity prepared by our Lord and Saviour, we are comforted by the strength of faith she had until the very end. Consequently we pray for the divine comfort of the Lord to abide and be with the family as well as the grace to carry on the responsibilities she left behind. Please accept my sincere condolences.

To this end, dear boss, though time may take our loved ones before we are ready to let them go, her memory's everlasting will always be with you and your offsprings she left behind.     MR & MRS FRANCIS OGUNPITAN AND FAMILY
Temi, as her husband fondly called her was a woman with a heart of gold and very caring. She was a good wife, a caring mother, a very good and close family friend. She was very helpful and nice to our family. We all loved her and the bond between both families grew over the years that we were practically like siblings. She was a vibrant and energetic woman, always bustling with life, she was indeed a survivor and we are grateful to be part of her well spent life and that we enjoyed her last days. Indeed, it's a massive loss but we take solace that she is in a better and more peaceful place. She was indeed 'a Rock' a pillar of support to her husband, a shining light to the children and a source of inspiration to all that ever crossed her in the journey of life. We shall sustain the family bond with your loving husband, Faith, Favour and Farell. Adieu Temi! Adieu Mummy Faith!! Adieu Mrs Abass!!!
